During Checkout and in your Order Acknowledgement you will see an estimated delivery date range. Estimated delivery date range is calculated by:
This date range is listed as "In Stock," it will usually be ready to ship within 2-3 business days. During holidays, special or exclusive promotions or due to other factors some "In Stock" items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment. This will be reflected in the estimated delivery date range provided in Checkout.
The shipping method you selected during Checkout. You may choose Standard Shipping (3-5 business days), Express Shipping (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends. Some items cannot be shipped using Express shipping due to delivery address and vendor constraints. These items will only have Standard Shipping available. All items have a lead time of (2-3 days) before shipment.
Standard Shipping is typically the default Checkout setting. Your package is expected to be delivered within 3–7 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. Unfortunately, there is no weekend shipping for Standard Shipping.
Express shipping is the fastest way to get your order. Your package is expected to be delivered within 1-3 business day after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. Unfortunately, there is no weekend shipping for Express Shipping.
If a carrier returns an undelivered package to us, we’ll notify you of the return by email and issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undelivered. If you would still like to purchase items that were undelivered, you are welcome to place another order at A Plus Style.com with a new shipping address.
If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please contact us.
NOTE: If your shipping phone number is not valid or is out of date, scheduling the delivery of your shipment may be delayed.
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons, including some not listed below:
• Incorrect or out-of-date address• Incorrect or out-of-date address

• Due to weight and dimensional limits, some items can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Illegible label

Online purchases must be returned within 10 days of shipment date and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Any item(s) returned after 10 days will be subject to Store Credit Refund Only. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including lingerie, jewelry, underwear, intimates. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards cannot be returned. Other restrictions may apply.
It’s easy to return a A Plus Style.com purchase through our Online Returns Center. Here’s how:
1. Indicate how you received the item. Are you the purchaser? Are you
returning a gift?
2. If you are the purchaser, select the appropriate order from your account
history, and then click “Continue”.
3. If you are returning a gift, please enter the Order ID from the packing slip
and click “Continue”. You’ll then be prompted to enter your name and
email address. This is needed in order to process your refund.
4. Select the reason for the return and select the quantity of items you are
returning. Then click “Continue”.
5. Select the return method of your choice and click “Continue”.
6. Follow the printing and return instructions.

Restocking Fees: Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee: If item is not returned in the original condition including but not limited to: smoke smells, stains, and tears. We do reserve the right to not accept a return based on it not being in its original condition.
Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.

If you are requesting a pick up for your return, you will be contacted in one business day to schedule your pick up.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount for your convenience. If the return is a result of our error, you won’t be charged for return shipping. Mailing labels created in our Online Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only.

A PLUS STYLE is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the case of loss or damage to the goods being shipped, the case will be dealt by between the customer and the couriers.

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of cost of item shipping cost is not refundable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
